These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and ko4444. BDT Wallet & Payments

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active ko4444 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

Fair Play & Integrity

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ko4444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Ko4444 does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, wager, or receive winnings under any circumstances whatsoever.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts under applicable law are not eligible to use the Platform.
- Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended ko4444 Account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Registering additional accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, either voluntarily initiated through ko4444's Responsible Gaming Tools or imposed by ko4444 as a result of a breach of these Terms.
- Own Funds: You must be depositing and wagering with funds that belong to you personally. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account, is not permitted.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, and payment details — must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Ko4444 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.
Ko4444 employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. Where ko4444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of suspension will be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process. If a Player is confirmed to be under 18, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposited funds will be returned to the registered payment method after deduction of any bonuses claimed.
Underage Gambling Is Strictly Prohibited
Ko4444 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If you are aware of an individual under the age of 18 accessing the Platform, please contact ko4444 support immediately via live chat. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services available on the ko4444 Platform — including placing bets, participating in casino games, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge and can be completed via the ko4444 login page at any time.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Document (NID), a valid email address, a mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a secure password of your own choosing. Ko4444 will use the details you provide to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC procedures prior to processing your first withdrawal.
Account Security Obligations. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. This includes selecting a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, and not disclosing your login details to any third party under any circumstances. Ko4444 will never proactively contact you to ask for your password, PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from ko4444 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
Account Activity Responsibility. All activity that occurs within your Account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify ko4444 support via live chat immediately so that your Account can be secured.
KYC Verification. Ko4444 may at any time — including, but not limited to, prior to processing a withdrawal — require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of your NID, proof of address (such as a utility bill dated within the last three months), and/or proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or Account suspension.
- Only one Account is permitted per person, household, IP address, and device.
- Account sharing, gifting, or transferring is strictly prohibited.
- Ko4444 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and redistribute balances at its sole discretion.
- Players are responsible for any taxes applicable to gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Ko4444 operates an exclusively BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) wallet. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. Ko4444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.
Accepted Payment Methods. Ko4444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Ko4444 does not accept cash payments, bank cheques, cryptocurrency, credit cards issued by overseas banks, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the Payments section of the Platform at the time of your transaction.
Deposit Terms. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ko4444 Wallet within three (3) seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Ko4444 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request. Ko4444 targets a withdrawal processing time of under fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad; however, processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. Ko4444 reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches for large amounts.
Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- Your Account must have completed KYC verification, including NID submission.
- Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must have satisfied their applicable wagering requirements; unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your balance at the time of withdrawal.
- Your Account must not be subject to any active investigation, suspension, or freeze order.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
Refused Transactions. Ko4444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorised payment method use, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, ko4444 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before the transaction is reconsidered.
No Hidden Fees on BDT Transactions
Ko4444 does not apply conversion fees, processing fees, or platform charges to standard deposits and withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your wallet. The amount you withdraw is the amount sent to your registered mobile financial service account.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
Ko4444 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which are displayed in full before any bonus is credited to your Account.
General Bonus Conditions. The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the ko4444 Platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:
- Each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have a verified ko4444 Account in good standing.
- Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money funds in your Account and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in each promotion before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
- Ko4444 reserves the right to set minimum odds restrictions for bets that contribute toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering completion.
- Ko4444 reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings that may be generated from Bonus Funds on any single game or bet type, as specified in individual promotion terms.
- If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are completed, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited.
- Ko4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice where it determines that the offer is being abused, exploited, or where circumstances require its suspension.
- Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value outside the ko4444 Platform.
Bonus Abuse. Ko4444 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using automated scripts or bots to complete wagering requirements, placing deliberately low-risk or matched bets solely to clear bonus wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics. Ko4444 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, withhold withdrawals, and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
By using the ko4444 sportsbook, live casino, slots, or any other game or betting product on the Platform, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and Conditions and the specific game or product rules applicable to each individual offering.
Sportsbook Betting Rules. All bets placed on the ko4444 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:
- Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in your real-money or bonus wallet at the time the bet is placed.
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless ko4444 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet edit feature for that specific market.
- Ko4444 reserves the right to void any bet — and return the staked amount to your Account — where the bet was accepted in error, where the quoted odds were manifestly incorrect, where the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling threshold, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
- Live in-play bets are subject to a momentary acceptance delay during which ko4444 verifies current odds. Ko4444 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event's outcome has effectively been determined.
- Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
- Ko4444 applies palpable error rules: any odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error may be amended or the bet voided at ko4444's discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Casino & Slots Rules. All casino game outcomes on the ko4444 Platform are determined by certified RNG systems for non-live games, and by physical game mechanics streamed from licensed studios for live dealer games. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots are available within each game's information panel. Ko4444 does not manipulate RNG outcomes or live game results under any circumstances.
Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game session, ko4444 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, ko4444 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any at-risk stake to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ko4444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, engaging in chargebacks after withdrawals have been processed, or any other form of financial fraud.
- Money Laundering: Using the ko4444 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer or integrate illicit proceeds through betting activity.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one ko4444 Account, including through the use of different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format available on the Platform.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, completing wagering requirements, or exploiting game mechanics.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, display glitches, or any other technical malfunction on the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Arbitrage Betting at Scale: Systematic arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies that exploit ko4444's odds relative to other operators at a volume that constitutes abuse of the ko4444 sportsbook pricing model.
- Harassment: Abusing, threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward ko4444 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
Ko4444 employs risk management systems that monitor accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, ko4444 may freeze the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before taking further action. Ko4444 will cooperate with law enforcement and financial institutions in cases involving fraud or money laundering.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your ko4444 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, ko4444 will process any pending withdrawal of your available real-money balance to your registered payment method before deactivating your Account. Please note that any unclaimed Bonus Funds or Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion. If you wish to close your Account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, ko4444 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings rather than a standard voluntary closure. Self-exclusion activates additional safeguards, including prevention of re-registration attempts during the exclusion period, and triggers an internal welfare review. Suspension by ko4444. Ko4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion — with or without prior notice — under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Conducting prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
- Receipt of a court order or regulatory direction requiring Account suspension or closure.
Where an Account is suspended as a result of a breach investigation, ko4444 will withhold any pending withdrawals until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, ko4444 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance in line with the severity of the breach. Where no breach is found, the full balance will be returned and the Account reinstated or closed as the Player prefers.
Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. Ko4444 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder at their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the remaining balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the dormant Account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting ko4444 support and completing any outstanding verification steps.

Additional Terms
Intellectual Property. All content on the ko4444 Platform — including but not limited to the ko4444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of ko4444 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ko4444.
Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ko4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues beyond ko4444's reasonable control, or interruption of service. Ko4444's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account balance at the time the claim arose.
Changes to These Terms. Ko4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file and/or by a notice posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ko4444 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Ko4444 operates under an offshore licence and does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in Bangladesh under local law; it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your country of residence.
Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with ko4444's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules displayed on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ko4444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
